A's birthday today, to be celebrated by the following video. A shiny penny for anyone who can tell me which nineties BBC show featured this as the theme tune.

Wow, I've never heard the whole of that, very nostalgic. And they look so *young*.
Anyway, do I really need to say what the programme is? Obviously it's Preston Front. One shiny penny please!
On another note Ric, it appears that Counting Crows are touring in December with Ben Folds! That's something we probably don't wanna miss...
By the way, that's got me wanting to go and watch the third series dvd sitting on my shelf at home that my kind ex-workmates gave me as a leaving present :-) Haven't got round to it as yet...

Shiny penny earned. I shall send it to you forthwith, thus ensuring I don't have to get you a real birthday present.
And yes, the tour you mention must be sampled!
Nooooo! Hoist by my own Prestard!
Er, we have a no puns policy on this blog, Jamie. Except for that "stealth bummer" one, and that was of the highest quality.
I'm not sure that mine was even good enough to be classified as a pun to be honest...
One thing living with my father taught me is that there is absolutely no lower bound on pun quality.
